The two-level boutique with a total area of 590 m2 (6350 sqf) occupies the left part of a newly constructed double-unit building in North Rodeo Drive.

 

The flagship was designed with a unique façade made of a composition of rectangles with different depths made entirely of glass and stainless steel.

This composition made of different types of textured glass and finishes: transparent, pearl white, silver gray, white and platinum-bathed glass.

 

Some of these glass rectangles are internally illuminated with LED panels and lit up at night.

Through the textured transparent glass it is possible to partly see the interior of the second floor, maintaining its privacy.

 

The ground floor presents the Maxmara collection on warm-white walls with removable fixtures for hanging and shelving that can be fixed to a single profile on the walls.

The rest of the collection is displayed on walls covered in glass or weathered oak.

 

The accessory areas in both floors are made up of glass shelves fixed to a wall covered in platinum glass panels.

One of the main features of the boutique is a two-ramp metal staircase with open threads, glass railings and without intermediate fixing points. It is strategically positioned next to a glass-covered feature wall in the middle of the boutique where a skylight above provides natural light to the space and washes the wall.

 

This feature glass wall is covered with unique glass panels with platinum-bathed glass strips fused into them.

 

A private sale room in the second floor can be closed down with sliding glass doors that become opaque when a switch is turned on.
